The Marquee on 5th is our newest project, currently under renovation. Built in 1971, with 96 units, the Marquee is in an ideal central Tucson location, near Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital and Tucson Medical Center, as well as the full range of retail and service providers, from Trader Joe’s to the plethora of shopping opportunities at the nearby Park Mall.
Our redevelopment efforts have added a broad scope of luxury finishes and amenities to the community. The Marquee’s residents benefit from new in-unit washers and dryers, all stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops in their apartments, as well as an all-new fitness center, pool area, and on-site covered parking.
Today, The Marquee is on schedule to achieve full renovation completion by the end of 2020. Despite the extent of renovation work necessary, the project is on track to deliver excellent returns to investors and much nicer finishes for residents.
