Company

The Wildcat Group is a fully integrated real estate investment firm founded in 2007. We have been positively transforming multifamily communities ever since then through strategic redesign, lean renovation and expert property management. Our current focus includes secondary and tertiary markets in the Southwest, the Midwest and the Southeast. The Southwest region is served by our Tucson, AZ office. The Midwest region is served by our Chicago, IL office. Our Southeast region is served by our Boca Raton, Florida office.

Our in-house construction and property management teams give us the ability to pursue projects that might intimidate other developers. Controlling the entire property redevelopment process from acquisition to disposition allows us to boost efficiency across metrics like construction costs, energy consumption, and maintenance workloads.
